My husband bought a painting and I’m looking to getting it restored . It came from your area, so we thought this would be the best area to send it to get it restored . All we know about it is, the artist signed it Weiner bottom right . It’s an abstract of horse and rider . There are some scratches in the paint that we want repaired . How do we go about getting an estimate ? On the back is a sticker that is partially missing , it says ——essions fine art gallery cannery village Newport California 92663. It’s very large , the numbers on it I’m guessing is the size and they are 36X48 and then there’s an A /20 ( line over the 20). And the frame says Hecho En Mexico. I’m guessing means made in Mexico ? It’s a stamp with black ink . Also one last thing , it needs to be remounted in the frame . Not sure if that’s from transport or not ? I would give you my phone number , but I don’t want my husband to know I’m doing this , he loves the painting but I think it needs help . I’m not even sure it’s worth putting more money in it after purchase and shipping . But I’m hanging on to all of the packing so I can ship it back out safely to get restored . It is a nice painting . If you can just tell me the steps I need to do , if I should get it appraised here in oregon first , or if you can tell its worth it if I send photos ? Thanks
    Laurie
